Overdraft is fermented bone dry, with no remaining fermentable sugar. A fruit-forward cider blended with red wine—notably Grenache and Cabernet Franc. Subtle notes of dry strawberry and raspberry. Crisp and effervescent. No botanicals, herbs or juices are added to this rosé-esque cider.
